What is Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA)?

Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) is a new Australian Government initiative launched on 1 November 2025, replacing the Disability Employment Services (DES) program. It is designed to support people living with disability, injury, or health conditions to prepare for, find, and thrive in meaningful employment.

What happened to Disability Employment Services (DES)?

Disability Employment Services (DES) has been replaced by Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) as of 1 November 2025. If you were already receiving DES services, nothing changes for you - same support, same staff, same locations. It's simply a name change to better reflect inclusive employment practices.

How much does Inclusive Employment Australia cost?

Inclusive Employment Australia services through Campbell Page are completely free. There is no cost to participants. The program is funded by the Australian Government Department of Social Services.

Do I need to be on Centrelink to access IEA services?

No, you don't need to be on Centrelink to access Inclusive Employment Australia services. The program is available to anyone with a disability, injury, or health condition who is aged 14 or older and not yet at Age Pension qualifying age.

What areas does Campbell Page cover for IEA services?

Campbell Page provides Inclusive Employment Australia services across New South Wales (NSW), Victoria (VIC), South Australia (SA) and Queensland (QLD). With over 100 office locations, we cover metropolitan, regional, and remote areas including Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Geelong, and many regional communities.

How do I transfer from another DES or IEA provider to Campbell Page?

To transfer to Campbell Page from another provider, call the national customer service line on 1800 805 260 and request a transfer to Campbell Page. You'll then receive an invite to your first meeting with us, and you'll be assigned a dedicated Employment Mentor.

Is Campbell Page a charity?

Yes, Campbell Page is a registered charity and not-for-profit organisation. We have been supporting Australians find meaningful employment and build stronger communities since 1985. We are part of the VERTO group and are registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).

What support do I receive after I find a job?

Campbell Page provides ongoing post-placement support after you start work. This includes assistance with workplace adjustments, continued guidance from your Employment Mentor, and help with any challenges you may face in your new role. Our support doesn't stop when you find employment.

What types of disabilities or conditions are eligible for IEA?

Inclusive Employment Australia supports people with a wide range of disabilities, injuries, and health conditions including physical disabilities, intellectual disabilities, psychosocial disabilities, sensory disabilities, chronic health conditions, mental health conditions, and injuries that affect your ability to work.
