Paul is an experienced leader who joined Campbell Page in December, 2023, after holding executive roles with Global, ASX Listed, Private Equity and several community-based companies in Australia and Asia.

Paul is well regarded for his inclusive and values-based leadership, is an advocate for quality disability, recruitment, and training services, and has an unwavering commitment to delivering positive outcomes for the communities in which Campbell Page serves. 

Paul has been a spokesperson on many employment related matters, appearing regularly on Sky Business News, and other media outlets throughout Australia, speaking about employment and recruitment issues.

Since joining Campbell Page in 2004 Gail has been responsible for the development and implementation of finance systems, best practice finance methods, and developing and leading a strong finance team. Gail is passionate about the opportunities Campbell Page provides people to find and sustain employment and secure a brighter future.

Gail has extensive experience in the commercial sector, working in the insurance, property and hospitality industries, holding senior corporate management positions in accounting and finance.

As Chief Financial Officer, Gail is responsible for all financial and risk functions of Campbell Page, as well as leading operational teams. She strongly believes in providing excellent customer service to both our internal and external customers and stakeholders.

Since joining Campbell Page in 1998 as a member of the first Job Network team, Anne has made significant contributions to strategic projects, business development and service design in training, community and employment services as well as corporate governance.

As Head of Community Services, Anne oversees the Indigenous, Youth and Family Services with a focus on growth and development including community enterprise and philanthropic partnerships.

She is an advocate of the great work our community services team are doing and strongly believes that we can continue to increase our reach through collaboration, partnerships and alliances.

As Head of Information Technology, Chris is the senior lead for strategy, development & execution of technology, business intelligence & business success through IT enablement.

Chris has over 19 years’ experience in IT in various roles within with both not-for-profit and commercial organisations, across a range of industries including telecommunications, IT manage service providers, software development & consulting.

Chris is passionate about making a difference for the individuals, business and communities we work with.

Julie boasts more than 20 years’ experience in recruitment, and during that time has developed strong expertise in business growth strategy, operational and team leadership, talent sourcing, client engagement and change management.

Since joining Campbell Page in 2022, Julie has led Recruitflex’s passionate team of professionals to deliver comprehensive recruitment services to clients across a wide range of industries, with a focus on delivering real social impact.

Julie is passionate about providing quality and ethical recruitment and workforce solutions that create positive outcomes and value for all stakeholders.

Chris is an employment lawyer with a background working in a wide range of sectors in an advisory capacity as part of the People & Culture team. He partners with his colleagues to help deliver operational and strategic business performance.

As the Head of People and Culture, Chris is responsible for driving the people strategy for the organisation, and he is a key support and business partner to our leaders.

Chris has a continuous improvement mindset and a focus on creating clear and efficient systems.

Amanda Guest joined Campbell Page in 2019 and brings a holistic leadership approach, fostering a positive and inclusive culture. With extensive knowledge and experience across all aspects of the Disability Employment Services (DES) program, Amanda is dedicated to building strong connections with communities and employers to deliver quality outcomes for people with disabilities. A customer-centric leader, Amanda ensures decisions align with Campbell Page values, prioritizing the best outcomes for both the team and customers.
