Andrew joined the Campbell Page Limited Board in October 2023. Andrew is also a member of the Campbell Page Audit and Risk Committee. Andrew is the Board Chair and President of VERTO Ltd, the sole member of Campbell Page.

Andrew is a qualified accountant and adviser, having worked in commerce for more than 20 years. During his career he has worked as a commercial accountant for several large blue-chip multinationals and Australian operations. In 2001 Andrew joined Central West Community College (VERTO) as the Senior Finance Executive.

Drawing on his commercial experience, Andrew runs his own consultancy business, working with professional advice firms towards sustainable practice growth. In addition to his role on the Campbell Page Board, Andrews holds several other directorships. Andrew has both a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Commerce, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants.

Charles was appointed to the Campbell Page Limited Board in March 2017 and is Member of the Audit and Risk Committee. Charles is the Head of Customer Experience at Optus, Australia’s second largest telecommunications provider and has senior executive experience that includes Dean of Operations and Customer Experience at National Australia Bank, Executive Director of UBank and Group CEO of RAMS Home Loan Corporation.

Charles’ current board roles include Advisory Board Member of The Silverfern Group and Ambassador for Opportunity International, a non-for-profit enterprise and a world-leader in micro-finance for the under-privileged.

Previously Charles served on the Board of FTSE listed Paragon Banking Group PLC in the U.K. and Cash Services Australia.

Charles professional qualifications include MBA, Fellow of FINSIA and Certified Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Raj was appointed to the Board in August 2021 and is Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. Raj’s professional qualifications include being an Australian Chartered Accountant, a Fellow of FINSIA and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Raj holds a Bachelor of Arts (Accountancy) and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.

Raj is also a Non-Executive Director at Australia Medic Alert Foundation (AMAF).  At AMAF, Raj Chairs both their Audit and Investment Committee and the Information Communications and Technology Advisory Committee and is a member of the Risk Committee.  Previously Raj was an Advisory Board member of Aged Care Reviews. Raj is also Non-Executive Director at SNAP Print Solutions and Snap Franchising Ltd, and works as a Consultant in Finance and Strategic Projects at the Australian Orthopaedic Association and as Finance Consultant at the Spine Society.

Raj commenced his career at KPMG followed by various commercial roles in Australia, Canada, UK and China.  Recent roles include being the Chief Financial Officer at the Banktech Group and Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Strategic Payments Services, a joint venture between MasterCard and Bendigo and Adelaide Bank.

Kate joined the Campbell Page Limited Board in August 2021 and is a Member of the Social Impact Committee. Kate is a passionate global human rights leader and strategist.

Kate’s executive roles have included Strategic Director of World Vision, CEO of Hagar Australia, Program Director of The Pratt Foundation, as New York based Managing Director of the Freedom Fund and Director of Projects at Brotherhood of St Laurence.

Kate studied at Monash and Harvard Universities and has been an active Non-Executive Director of MacKillop Family Services, Mirabel Foundation and Founder/Director of goodcompany.

Kate is currently Non- Executive Director and Chair of Barlow Impact Group (BIG), Advisor at the Social Impact Hub, Non- Executive Director at IPRO, Chair of the EMIT Capital Asset Management Advisory Board and Committee member for the Victorian Aboriginal Chamber of Commerce Kin Fashion Committee.

Kate is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Larry joined the Campbell Page Limited Board in October 2023. Larry is also a member of the Campbell Page Governance Committee. Larry is a Non-Executive Director of Riverina Community College Ltd and Verto Ltd which is the sole member of Campbell Page.

Larry has extensive management and business experience with tertiary qualifications in training, engineering, and human resources as well as business and financial management. Larry is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has over 25 years Board experience in the full range of board roles including Chair, Vice-Chair, Company Secretary and Treasurer covering a wide range of businesses.
